Refund policy

JEQUE SANTO reserves the full right to make returns to the Products and/or Services purchased by Users through the Website or by any other means.

The User may only make changes or returns of the Products purchased, within 10 (ten) calendar days following the date on which it received them only for the concept that the size/size was not adequate.

It is essential to make an exchange or return that the Products to be exchanged or returned are returned without having been used, in their original condition and with the label on, be in perfect condition and in good condition; otherwise, the exchange or return will be rejected by JEQUE SANTO.

In the event that the exchange of the Product is appropriate, JEQUE SANTO will replace the Product with a new one or adjust it, for which JEQUE SANTO will contact the User to define the new date of delivery of the Product.

To make an exchange and/or return, you must enter the "Returns & Exchange" section of the Website, in order to begin the process. Once the exchange and/or return has been approved by JEQUEQUE SANTO, an email will be sent to the User to the email address provided to JEQUE SANTO with the instructions to follow, as well as the return and/or exchange label, as applicable, to be delivered by the User to any Estafeta office or, if applicable, to the courier service indicated by JEQUE SANTO.

Upon receipt of the package to be returned, JEQUE SANTO will inspect it and if it is in its original condition, with all labels on, in perfect condition and in good condition, to your satisfaction, will determine the return successful and proceed with the refund process.

If the return is successful, the refund will be made by the same payment method used by the User at the time of purchase, under the following assumptions:

If the purchase of the Product to be returned was made by credit or debit card, the time to see the amount of the refund reflected in the User's bank statement may vary, and may be up to 15 business days or even more, depending on the corresponding Banking Institution.
If the purchase of the Product to be returned was made by wire transfer or paypal, JEQUE SANTO will request certain information, such as: CLABE account, full name, Federal Taxpayers Registry, Banking Institution, and others that it considers necessary to make the transfer of the amount to be refunded. The time to see the reimbursement amount reflected in the User's bank statement may vary, and may be up to 2 business days or even more, depending on the corresponding Banking Institution.
The User may request that the corresponding refund be made by means of a gift card of the Company, which will be issued on the same day that the refund has been approved by JEQUE SANTO.

It is essential to contact JEQUE SANTO in order to cancel the request for refund and/or exchange, so that it can manage the corresponding cancellation.

The shipping cost is not refundable in any case, only the total amount of the Products purchased will be refunded, as long as the refund is in accordance with the policies mentioned herein and to the satisfaction of JEQUE SANTO.

No exchanges or returns of Products will be accepted when they come from an offer, discount or promotional activity.
